Refund Policy

Use’N’Cutleries ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.useneat.com.au/) ("Website"). By placing an order on our Website, you will agree to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties agree upon this arrangement to protect and set expectations on our service mutually.

1.  Cancellation of an order

Orders can be cancelled as long as you contact us within 24 hours after placing the order. Once your order is marked as shipped, the cancellation request will no longer be accepted.

2.  Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order.

Shipping payment will be collected with the purchase.

3.  Returns

While we strive for the best, we may not get it right every time. If you are dissatisfied with our edible cutlery product/products, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. We can offer only one replacement per consumer for the same order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements.

4.  Delivery Terms              

4.1.         Pick up

We currently offer pick-up from Greenacres, SA. You will be required to pre-book a pick-up time (generally 10minutes). If you cannot keep pre-booked pick-up time, please contact us in advance to check if another pick-up slot is available on the same day.

We are working on offering pick up locations in other metro cities. Stay tuned for updates.

4.2.         Transit Time within Australia

Orders are dispatched generally within three business days and generally take between 2 to 7 days for delivery in metro cities. Deliveries to regional cities may take longer.

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays, at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

4.3.         Transit time Internationally

Currently, we ship only within Australia. But we will be expanding our delivery network in the future. Stay tuned.

4.4.         Change Of Delivery Address

Once the item is marked as shipped, unfortunately, we can't make any changes to your delivery address. Please contact our shipping partner to check if you can redirect your order to the correct/different address. Please contact our support team for further assistance.

4.5.         P.O. Box Shipping

Use N Eat will ship to P.O. box addresses using Australia Post at additional cost.

4.6.         Out Of Stock

We try to indicate accurate stock counts on our Website; however, at times, there may be a stock discrepancy which may result in our inability to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase.

If a product is deemed out of stock after receiving your order, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and prepare the rest of the order for dispatch. We will notify you of the change providing you with an opportunity to confirm if you still wish to proceed with your order.

4.7.         Delivery Time Exceeded

If you have not received ordered edible cutlery within the forecasted timeframe from dispatch, please contact us to check with our shipping partner.

 

5.  Parcels Damaged In Transit

If your parcel arrives with visible damage, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier service. Please contact our customer service immediately to notify us of the issue.

If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please take photos before opening your parcel and contact customer service for further assistance.    

5.8. Some of the cutlery items received are broken

While all of our edible cutleries are packed to ensure they arrive safely without damage, we understand that damage may happen during transport.

We will offer credit for broken cutlery items in your next purchase as long as you contact us within three days of your delivery. Please contact us if you wish to receive a refund for broken cutlery items.

5.9. Process for parcel lost in transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as our shipping partner has conducted an investigation and confirmed that the parcel was lost.

All prices displayed on our Website are GST inclusive.
